Return / Exchange

We guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for an item of the same value or a credit (in our shop) equal to the value of the items returned is allowed. The return of items is at the expense of the customer and you have to give us the tracking number. We accept exchange or refund for a period of 15 days after purchase. Item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and tagged. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded. 

Please allow 10 days for us to your request. If your items do not meet our criteria mentioned above, the return will not be accepted. No refund will be made and the item will not be returned to you, it will be destroyed.

Sale items are not exchangeable or refundable.

• Damaged items:
  If you receive a damaged item, you have 3 days following receipt to let us know at our email address: creationspilote@gmail.com and you must attach a photo showing the damage. Please also give us your invoice number. If we are contacted later than the stated time, your item will not be replaced / you will not have any store credit.
