Order

Unfortunately, it is not possible to place individual orders.

The minimum for a new order is 10 items of the same style.

For a new order between 6-9 items, contact us to see if it is possible to realize your project.

The submission and proof are usually sent within 2-3 business days.

During busier periods, the delay can go up to 5 working days.

For items identical to what you have already ordered, the minimum is usually 6*.
*Could vary depending on the type of process used to personalize your items

4-5 items: Cost + 25%

1-3 items: Cost + 50%

Any changes, whether changing a logo or its location, adding or removing an item, changing color, spelling, etc., must be done within 24 hours of production confirmation. . Once this period has passed, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the change can be made.

It is strongly recommended to look carefully at the sheets provided before giving the OK for production.

Orders must be paid when you are ready to give your OK for production.

For orders reaching a larger amount (+4000$), we ask for a first payment of 50% of the total amount at the time of the OK for production. Thereafter, the second payment is made when the order is completed and ready to be shipped.

Since the orders are personalized, no return or exchange is possible. Orders are therefore final sales.

In the event of a defect or error, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can resolve the situation with you.

Logos

We keep the logos/files we create for 1 year. If this deadline is exceeded at the time of your order, there may be additional costs.

It all depends on the process used. For example, in sublimation there is no charge for any added element, whether logos, names, numbers, etc. While with the other processes, yes, there are additional costs.

The ideal is to have your logo in vector format. The ending for this type of file is often .AI and .EPS (normally you won’t be able to open its files on your devices). Sometimes we can also manage to work with high quality PNGs or JPGs.

We can often convert logos that are not in the correct format in order to change them to vector. Most of the time, it is a process without additional costs. However, if we need to rework/retrace your logo, there may be additional charges. You will be informed if such a situation concerns you.
